Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

_{Hello everyone and thanks for reading! We're already moving into the third week of March. Talk about fast. o.o ^{Or maybe it's 'cause I'm getting old...}

Things have been a little rocky with my parents...again, but I won't go into any much detail since it's sort of "dissolved" now. Plus, it would take, like, forever to describe. The thought of transferring to another college with dorms sounds really good right now, but I still don't know how to drive. Yippee.

Anyway, life have been okay so far. I still can't believe I'm 20 years old. Guess it'll take a little longer before reality sticks it to my brain. |D One more year 'fore I can really party hard. Can't wait~ A lot of my buddies here on dA and on Gaia are turning 20 as well. March must be a really popular month for birthdays.

My trades are still closed for the time being but my commissions are currently open. I'm almost done with my batch from forever ago and I'm glad that I got to them before it got too late. Hope my customers will forgive me for being so late. x3

Point commissions are open but money commissions are still closed since I'm having a little trouble with my PayPal account. It should be re-opened once I get everything settled. I'm getting closer to my commission goal so right now, I'll just take point commissions until I can open both again. Please help me reach my goal by ordering!
